Victor Deonice Byarugaba can call himself a lucky guy, twice: first, he won 125 million with M-Bet (as the first Tanzanian ever), and second, he won this enormous sum before the gaming tax in Tanzania will eventually go up – which is not-so-good news to all future lucky winners.
